1 Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £100 / $200 is required to secure the
booking. The remainder of the balance will be due 8 weeks before departure.
A refundable security deposit is also required with your final balance.
This will be refunded after your return provided that the home and it’s
contents are left clean and undamaged. A charge of $50 will be deducted
from the deposit if the key is not returned after your stay.
2 Rental Period
The rental home will be ready by 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please
vacate by 11am on your departure day. The house may only be occupied by
the persons named on the booking form.
3 Cancellation
In the event you cancel your confirmed booking, the following charges
will apply:
More than 2 months before departure = £100 / $200 deposit
Between 1 and 2 months before departure = 50% of rental cost
Less than 1 month before departure = 100% of rental cost
4 Changes by the company
The client will be notified immediately of any changes to their booking
and be given alternative arrangements of at least the same quality. If
no alternative can be offered, the client will be offered a full refund
of monies paid.
5 Changes by the client
If a client needs to alter a confirmed booking, we will try to accommodate
any changes, but this cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to administration
costs.
6 Liability
We cannot accept liability for injury sustained by you or any visitor
to the house or swimming pool. It is strongly recommended that children
are supervised at all times in and around the pool area.
7 Force Majeure
We can not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from matters
outside our control, including acts of god, strikes, riots, disputes,
fire, flood. Hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial
disputes, technical / weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding,
closure of airport, weather conditions or any event beyond our or the
home owners control.
8 Insurance
It is strongly advised that adequate insurance cover is obtained before
your departure.
9 Late Bookings
All bookings made less that 8 weeks before departure are payable in full
and all booking conditions apply.
10 Complaints
If you have any complaint before or during your stay, we strongly urge
you to express them at the time to give us a chance to rectify the problems.
If your problem is not resolved, please notify us immediately in writing
or email within 14 days of your return.
