A non-refundable fee of £100/$200 per week booked is required to secure the booking. See terms and conditions.

A £100/$200 security deposit is required - refundable if no damage is caused to the property.

Pool heating is extra (recommended between October and March) £100/$200 per week

Discounts for stays of 3 weeks or more - please contact us.
For stays of 5 days or less an additional charge of $75 is required.
